This scheme has seen the regeneration of a nine-acre site and 150,000 sq. ft warehouse in Billingham, Teesside.

The building was acquired with vacant possession, redeveloped and fully let to multiple occupiers, maximising land revenue and forward sold to an investment fund.

Chris was quick to realise the opportunity of the warehouse and wider site producing a scheme that secured the most return and benefits for the local community, including job creation.
